    What’s the 20-year Transferable Limited Warranty?

    The warranty covers almost all of our glass products, including, but not limited to, High-Performance™ Low-E4® glass, High-Performance Low-E4 Sun glass, High-Performance Low-E4 SmartSun™ glass, and High-Performance SmartSun glass with HeatLock® technology. Our windows contractor will provide you with all necessary repairs or replacement, whichever is deemed appropriate.

    What About Non-Glass Parts?

    You’ll be glad to know that all non-glass components are covered by a 10-year limited warranty, as well. These parts include non-electric operators, locks, lifts, balance systems, hinges, handles, screens, weather stripping and sash and frame members.

    What Else Is Covered by the Warranty?

    All Fibrex® material components of our existing windows are guaranteed to resist flaking, rusting, cracking or any other aesthetic damage for the whole 20 years. As always, our windows company will provide all repairs or replacement needed should any of these flaws occur.

    Is Installation Covered by a Warranty?

    Yes. We do all our installation work, as well, so your installation is covered by a 5-year limited warranty.

    What Does the ‘Limited’ Mean in the Warranty?

    Of course, while we take pride in the quality of our products and the work our contractors provide, there are situations that, unfortunately, are not covered by the warranty. These situations often occur when customers make any personal modifications to our products, such as tinting, security screens or even improper painting.
